Marc definitely had his own sound in his vocals and guitar playing. Marc was a true gift from heaven and we never know when heaven wants their gifts to come back home. 🌠🎸🌹💖

I'm a T. Rex Fan since 1971, when Hot Love was released. I have almost all of the T. Rex Albums and 45 Singles in black vinyl. Over the past few years I've been getting to know knew previously unreleased songs by Marc Bolan and T. Rex on You Tube. This is a real treasure chest, just like this awesome track here.

He is a great guitar player I would love to play like him its natural flair he was born to boogie that's for sure don't it make you smile deep insider yer! I'm glad he was a part of my early teens he might have past by but I'm so glad he did rock on

I wish they would remaster this, it's an amazing track. would have fitted perfectly on 'Electric Warrior'. Can't stop playing it
@falscherbruce5522 Жыл бұрын
My guess is that it was recorded between Ride A White Swan and Hot Love, but yeah almost fits into Electric Warrior.

when was this recorded I have never heard it before and Marc sounds on top of his game some great guitar work that just proves he was a great guitarist Love the creativity can you imagine Marc and the boys on stage with all the new tech that's available today banging this one out he is truly one of the greats and is so underrated maybe because of his short life.

I will learn to play this song as soon as my left palm heals. Carpal tunnel syndrome. That's why I can play for a year and a half. Bolan's songs are simple, but you need to know when and which strings to mutate and whether it's down or upstroke. He had a unique way of playing. Even though I've been playing for 50 years, I still find a unique chord. 🎸😎🤔

totally agree, Marc was always pushing musical boundaries and more so once he was successful than before - so sad that he died so young - this tune may never have been heard like this had it not been for his death of course it's raw and unfinished but at the same time a wonderful vision of what might have been

Is there no end to the "unreleased tracks"? Whoever robbed Marc's house after the car crash, must have used a Transit van for all the tapes.
@tony.hiscox6 жыл бұрын
Falscher Bruce , well the mathematical answer must be, yes (there is an end) as to the legitimacy of this release it’s more than 40 years since Marc began his sleep and more than 30 years since this tune was put out on a record AFAIK but it still would be considered rare because of it’s posthumous nature - many music lovers still haven’t caught up when it comes to Marcs creative output and many who have have exploited their diligence by using Marcs ideas to good effect in their own creative works
@chrisdrummond88936 жыл бұрын
Falscher Bruce Didn't know his house got robbed after fatal crash. Do you think it was planned? A murder and a robbery
@marcbolanish6 жыл бұрын
Maybe a fleet of transit vans, (great comment all the same!) If you're the slightest Bolan fan, you can only imagine the re-works of half of these songs. Just a tragedy of uncompleted material which deserved light of day. Afterall, The Stones did the same with their Tattoo You album and reworked songs leftover from their past decade, and the album shot to No. 1!!! Imagine Bolan's success with songs containing that T*REX formula that were never completely finished and found their way onto a new record. You can only imagine a T*REX revival of sorts. Brilliant!

clearly he has a snake among him to rob his house after the wreck. They had to be prepared for the wreck to happen. i still say someone loosened the lug nuts and let the air out of the tires. I dont believe nor ever will believe it was just an accident.
