thanks 고맙습니다. 한국분들 이거 보시면 아시겠지만 잘쓰다가 하드 안뜨길래 하드 바꿔도 똑같아서 검색하다 왔습니다. 결론은 전력량이 저하된거라 집에 혹시나 여유분이있으면 그거 써보셔요 저도 12v 3A 짜리있던거 써보니 해결됬습니다.

I have the same issue but the problem is that I'm using a POE kit with a 48V power supply so I have no way to replace it because its not that easy... Any tips?

Why does it difficult to replace 48V power supply?

@@togoacg I mean, it's harder/expensiver to get one, if it was a regular 12v power supply I have plenty of those. but I will try to power the HDD alone with a 12v power supply ;)

Check your power block. Probably a 12v 1 or 2 amp. Not enough power so go up 1 amp from what ever your using. So if you use 12v 1amp. Change to a 12v 2amp.

Mine had a 12v 3a but I live in NZ so do you try a 12v 4a?

******** Attention! I just now posted that. Mine was doing the same thing, but when I just now did a factory Reset and then found an update In the system, System Admin to system upgrade Indeed an online upgrade and in doing all this my HDD is now reset and Back doing well. I went into system set up then down to HDD SETUP And click override and format.At least at the moment. I hope it works for everybody else!

I had the same problem and got a new power supply, no luck, just for shits I change the little batterie and that fixed it for about a mounth now it is doing it again.

Try to give power supply separately to the hdd.

@Gergely Tóth i want know, if HDD should be the one hiseeu sell or if possible to buy another brand? Also do you know what is the max TB that is possible to use in NVR?
