listen im italian we have washing machine since ever here, i know that is a news for your country, but i can advice you never use 15 minute cycle, or use just if you have a couple of t shirt, for a full load use cotton normal or syntetic minimum 1.40! than you suppost to put the soap in the other large section not in the little that is for the pre load of water and for the pre wash, thirt you don't have to mix detergent and oxygen bleach togheter because they stop each other! add the detergent while thewater is running in the 2 or (II) compartment the larger one of the drawer, and after a little bit add the oxygen bleach! also in cotton cycle the machine do a longest and strongest spin so your clothes will come out allmost dry! try and let me know! also washing with liquid and short cycle your machine will smell soon of mood and is very hard to clean all the inside. o you selected baby steam then, nice is a very good cycle too. the reason why you put the detergent in that compartment is wrong! like a i said this compartment is for pre charge the water so once theres a little bit of water in the pipe than the machine take the detergent in the other compartment, in the way you doing it take the water and straight the detergent and a part of it goes in the pipe and down and never get used!

Some cycle on my machine don’t bring in water like cotton cycle , when l select it . The machine doesn’t bring in water what would be the problem

@@sharitahahamd cotton use less water in washing phase, you can use sintetics or allergy or baby like you did, baby cycle is the better because use much water for rinsing well the detergent, for sensitive skins

I dont use bleach in my washing machine !!..You know it eventully rust the washing machine 😢And some people are using those plastic pods and it cloggs the washing machine because it does not bio degrade properly ! I use straight soap powder auto or the liqued auto ..

The shaking is normal when its spinning. But u have to unsure that u removed the transportation bolts.

This review is amazing. Coming 8 months after using the machine, i find it quite helpful. Encourages me to save up and buy a washing machine(I seriously hate handwashing clothes) Que- how would you rate power consumption say during the 2hr cycle? Must it have uninterrupted water supply for the entire cycle? Also if my clothes arent too dirty does the quick 15/20 work well or is it a must for one to use the long cycles?

Yes dear u can use quick 15/20 for clothes which are not so dirty, then the dirty ones u can use 2hr cycle . Other option is . U can set 2hrs but when the machine washes up to 1hr u can switch it of and again set it to rinse and spin , it’s only 30mints . In that way u could have washed ur clothes for 1:30mins . For power it can consume 1 unit in 2hr clycle

U buy amachine stand it comes with 4wheels and it helps the machine to be in one place, just like the fridge stand , and another reason why ur machine is moving is because u didn’t remove the transportation bolts which are put behind the machine they make the machine vibrate

It might be the problem of water it’s not enough, Or maybe the filter is dirty and it doesn’t allow water to come into the machine if u have used the machine for along Time without cleaning it , or if u check all that and they are ok . Call the people u got it from and tell them about the problem so that they come and help u

The person I bought it from after paying (I took 2 days to pick) told me I should buy top load from chiq and just add 50k. That Hisense uses a lot of power and doesn't clean and that it's assembled in Uganda so not good. I've watched your vids from a week. I refused to change my mind. I bought Hisense wfqp8014evmt 8kg. I feel with ine I made a right choice. Lets wait for Sunday and I will tell you how it performs
