You should retitle this video to "bad installation" instead of just "bad" because by just saying "bad" you are implying the TV itself is bad. Here in the states we don't even get installation included. It's just a drop off service and you have to install it yourself. If you want it installed, you have to pay an additional setup fee to have the retailer install it for you (this is not something the manufacturer provides). So the fact that you guys even get free installation at all is amazing. This whole video was about your negative INSTALLATION experience. As such, this should be reflected in the title as you are implying that the TV is "bad".

By States if u mean US, then it's bizarre comparison. At first, installation is promised as part of purchase so no questions here, these kind of situation can give glimpse of company's poor after sales service. Quality control in US is probably way higher compared to India, here companies get away doing lots of shady stuff, like last year there've been reports of QLED scams where they sold regular LEDs with QLED branding.

If we make an installation on our own .. when you claim warranty they don't accept it as u have not installed with professional people.

In India if you buy TV or any other major appliance you get the delivery at your house but you can’t open the package, if you do so and the product is damaged/faulty you won’t get a replacement as the company claims you have mishandled the product and they are not liable, so we have to wait for the company technician. ✌🏼😅 So company service/ After sales plays a major role here..

Why do you even need someone to install a TV? I don't get it sorry. Plug the power supply, plug the HDMI, tweek the settings and you're done, right? :) Is the TV itself good? That is what we want to know. You're complaining about the service no the product itself. The title is misleading

In India, you don't know what you get once you open the box, and we can't say if any damage happened during transit, so it's recommended by Amazon and other sellers to have authorized people to unbox it, same thing happens with large appliances bought in offline stores, well you can probably still claim things under warranty if you unboxed it, but it will be a hassle and you won't get an instant replacement

They might refuse the warranty if you install it yourself... They will for sure avoid warranty claims with the accidental damage excuse!!! Better not open it up...

Iam having very bad experience with Hisense tv. Just as you said in the video I received complaint request cancelled messages without even mentioning the reason. After 4-5 follow-ups service person will come and he will not solve the problem. Issue remains same. In my tv I can’t screencast, Netflix not working, Amazon prime video only SD quality is coming

I am facing the same issue that they are cancelling requests . Almost 20 times my tv did even work properly for 6months i raised a complaint and after many followups they replaced the tv after that again tv got some display issues but they are not responding atall

@@vishalkumarchoudhary8497 they are both more expensive and don’t offer more tbh especially Samsung charges more for nothing and is extremely popular for having the worst reliability among an ocean of issues as for Sony the price is a big issue

@GreedyTech for valuable feedback I was planning to buy "Hisense 139 cm (55 inches) E68N Series 4K Ultra HD Smart Google QLED TV (Grey)". But after your video and ever several other negative feedback. I am dropping my plan and stick back to LG Smart TV, though little expense than HiSense but I do not want peaceful service. 😄😁

Bro, grow up. Roll up your sleeves and do it yourself. I’m no where near a tech person but installing a tv is pretty simple task. Don’t understand why you would go in a hassle of return and purchase again when the product is there just screw some bolts and fix it. Complaint is fine but returning and finding a new deal is another thing. Anyways, not a review that I was looking for.

there’s is an old saying “ Chala to chaand tak nahi to shaam tak “. Prices are really cheap compared to Samsung sony lg but these brand provide better service. I also wanted to buy this TV but didn’t wanted to go through the pain , what people have faced.

not only installation they gonna provide service with local provider and that is totally worst the technician even dont know what is the fault dont buy. Spend some more and buy reputated brand tv like lg samsung etc.

You could have mentioned Hisense service will make you sick , TV is not bad 😀 , I am thinking about buying Hisense U8N 85 inch, in Canada I like to hear from people feedback, for the price is great choice but how about the quality or reliable TV like Samsung ,🤔

I had purchased the hisense U7H in 2022 , the panel suddenly looks too dark and over saturated. Been 2 months and they are not following up the service. I advise you to skip this brand buy SONY or Mi tv their service is much better.

@@Greedytech if you make an unboxing video and send it to Amazon they will replace it no questions asked. To be perfectly honest I feel you should have opened it and installed it yourself. This whole thing seems unnecessary

Post-sales support of Hisense is really bad. You have to follow up day after day for installation and the response from Hisense India is pathetic. Avoid this cheap brand and go for reputed brands at similar prices.

Pls don't buy this tv ...no customer support very bad build quality ...these all paid promotions...I buy 65 inch same model after 10 days use disply showing some vertical lines ....still contacting customercare ..no one visit ..some one plan to buy new tv go to buy some top brand like sony samsung lg ....

It voids warranty or something like that, if there's damage to product after we open, they won't take it back. So, have to wait till authorized person opens it and installs it. Similar thing happened before.

Haha, it is not about if we can do it or not. If we open the box and the TV is damaged, they won't replace it. If an authorized person opens it, and finds the TV damanged, then we won't have problems proving that the product is damaged from the start. In best case scenario, it might not be damaged. But, if it's our bad luck, things like that can happen. And it will be a hassle, especially for big tech/appliances like this one, to get it replaced. Hope that helps to see why we didn't install it.

Warranty and repair services are outsourced to repair shops in each city... .. their goal is getting as much money as possible from the brands and avoiding as many service requests as possible!!! In that case even if you install it perfectly... They might consider it an accidental damage

@@sajidkhan639 Bro just check your warranty clause.....most of the times installation has nothing to do with warranty...and who in the right mind needs assistance for a tv installation. Just because you are getting the service doesn't mean you need to opt for it. I got six TVs in my house and I've installed all of them....and all are in perfect warranty!!
