You should retitle this video to "bad installation" instead of just "bad" because by just saying "bad" you are implying the TV itself is bad. Here in the states we don't even get installation included. It's just a drop off service and you have to install it yourself. If you want it installed, you have to pay an additional setup fee to have the retailer install it for you (this is not something the manufacturer provides). So the fact that you guys even get free installation at all is amazing. This whole video was about your negative INSTALLATION experience. As such, this should be reflected in the title as you are implying that the TV is "bad".

By States if u mean US, then it's bizarre comparison. At first, installation is promised as part of purchase so no questions here, these kind of situation can give glimpse of company's poor after sales service. Quality control in US is probably way higher compared to India, here companies get away doing lots of shady stuff, like last year there've been reports of QLED scams where they sold regular LEDs with QLED branding.

In India if you buy TV or any other major appliance you get the delivery at your house but you can’t open the package, if you do so and the product is damaged/faulty you won’t get a replacement as the company claims you have mishandled the product and they are not liable, so we have to wait for the company technician. ✌🏼😅 So company service/ After sales plays a major role here..

In India, you don't know what you get once you open the box, and we can't say if any damage happened during transit, so it's recommended by Amazon and other sellers to have authorized people to unbox it, same thing happens with large appliances bought in offline stores, well you can probably still claim things under warranty if you unboxed it, but it will be a hassle and you won't get an instant replacement

Iam having very bad experience with Hisense tv. Just as you said in the video I received complaint request cancelled messages without even mentioning the reason. After 4-5 follow-ups service person will come and he will not solve the problem. Issue remains same. In my tv I can’t screencast, Netflix not working, Amazon prime video only SD quality is coming

Bro, grow up. Roll up your sleeves and do it yourself. I’m no where near a tech person but installing a tv is pretty simple task. Don’t understand why you would go in a hassle of return and purchase again when the product is there just screw some bolts and fix it. Complaint is fine but returning and finding a new deal is another thing. Anyways, not a review that I was looking for.

Post-sales support of Hisense is really bad. You have to follow up day after day for installation and the response from Hisense India is pathetic. Avoid this cheap brand and go for reputed brands at similar prices.

It voids warranty or something like that, if there's damage to product after we open, they won't take it back. So, have to wait till authorized person opens it and installs it. Similar thing happened before.

Haha, it is not about if we can do it or not. If we open the box and the TV is damaged, they won't replace it. If an authorized person opens it, and finds the TV damanged, then we won't have problems proving that the product is damaged from the start. In best case scenario, it might not be damaged. But, if it's our bad luck, things like that can happen. And it will be a hassle, especially for big tech/appliances like this one, to get it replaced. Hope that helps to see why we didn't install it.

Warranty and repair services are outsourced to repair shops in each city... .. their goal is getting as much money as possible from the brands and avoiding as many service requests as possible!!! In that case even if you install it perfectly... They might consider it an accidental damage
