Dunno, this Batman seems to be as overrated as the DCEU one. The more realistic past incarnations of Batman would have never been able to defeat all those villains, especially alone. Btw, love how the writer tried to add some logic using kryptonite with Zod (even if Zod's blood was never exposed to the same process that made Superman vulnerable to the mineral), but then, suddenly, Batman can kick the crap out of the rest because yes and that.

That's not how Kryptonite works. It's radioactive properties affect all Kryptonians not just the ones that were exposed to earth's atmosphere(which Zod was).

Process that made Superman vulnerable? Is this something in the new films I'm not aware of? Or maybe the New 52? Exactly how Kryptonite hurts Kryptonians is very vague, but it has worked against Zod since character conception.

I wouldn't say the Kryptonite thing is vague. It is a radioactive material from Krypton that attacks the cells causing them to die or mutate. Kryptonians absorb solar radiation through their cells which is why they are so powerful but the radiation from the Kryptonite is harmful. When exposed they uncontrolably absorb the radiation emitted causing them great pain (green) or an odd change (red). It is relatively harmless to humans because their cells don't absorb radiation but some stories say that long enough exposure (like Lex with green Kryptonite) will give you radiation poisoning and kill you.
