@@domoniquebrooks816 Late 70 into 80s was motorsport madness. Everything souped up to the max, group B for sure, probably even the craziest and most dangerous. Didn’t last long, it was controversial in hindsight, but i loved it and still view it as the most spectacular but in same time sort of horrific period. I remember the feeling as a kid going to Zandvoort. Danger and excitement was the atmosphere

The first time I saw a Hesketh on the track, I was in Monaco, and James Hunt was driving it. The second time I saw a Hesketh on track was Watkins Glen, also with Hunt behind the wheel. The last time I saw Hunt in the Hesketh was at Silverstone in 1975, and the next I saw of him he was driving for McLaren.

Seeing group C on the grid gave me goose bumps!!! My imagination was getting the better of me. And was thinking a NIssan R90 or a Rothmans Porsche would jump on the track at anytime. those cars and that era where just fantastic!!!

First, YEES Casey is in Dubai. Didn't expect that. Glad you're enjoying it here. Second, I used to go to Kartdrome (just opposite of that street where Autodrome is). Winter is good time to drive. Made the mistake of going there during summer once and then getting a headache from the heat after only 15 minute session. :P Super fun though. Wish I could come but.... exams. Well.... there's always a next time. Can't wait for the Fenyr Hypersport drive.

in the desert, two colors were common. White and Black. White is best, except that the materials could get rather transparent, and so thicker material was used, adding insulation. Black was thinner and lighter for a similar level of transparency, so while hotter, thinner and lighter and less insulation. Modern materials have surely affected that in many cases.

Gotta say that seeing those Grup C cars was a rush and its a blast to see them turn a wheel in kinda anger. Never was an F1 Fan, still not but again I love the simple fact they are being driven kinda hard-ish. You also dispelled the myths around Islamic tradition in Dubai although a courteous respect works well both ways. The inspired part is that You have similar Toys at home :-D
