Sir, We become handicapped when non resident investors form the society committee and take vague decisions. They are in the majority. Hence we the people staying in society become helpless. Can guide on it please.

@@Sangita_hotty on top of it the society managing comittee a group who favours builder, because they dont stay there. RERA also new became lazy baby.

2008 se 2023 it's a grilling and time consuming process.... it's not a land mark judgement... it's not even a judgement the case has gone back to NCDR which will again take another few years and by then the kids of the owner's will keep running the case.... where's the punishment to the builder....

As per the CP Act, any complaint has to be filed within 2 years Limitation period. So please clarify.

Bhai Uuper ke floor say pani silan hooo raha hai complain kiya hai fir bhi koi progress hi nahi hai. Kabuutar ke liye Dana daal rahe hai woh bhi hamarey ghar mai aaarahe hai.

Sir Chandigarh consumer court ne ak real estate company ke agst faisla 2 feb 24 ko diya h. Faisle m oreder kiya h ki plot ki possession consumer ko 45 din m di jaye with interest on delayed period . But comapny koi response ni kar rhi h na phone pic karte h na msg ka jbab dete h Pl guid m ab kya karu Me is complaint

Agar flat owner ka makan log kabja kareengee to Koi makan nahi banayeega or banayeega to kirayee mee nahi dega Housing problem desh mee ho jayeegee Janta sadko per hogi

Mulk mai har state mai ek deptt hota hai jis ko town planning kehte hai.. Kya 1950 se aaj tak ye deptt kya karti hai.. Koi kaam tariff k like ho toh batana.. ¿¿¿ baki bachi courts jo case 1 din ka ho vo 1 saal jo 2 din vo 2 saal 3 din ka 3 saal.. Courts ka toh ye soch kar door knock karna ki 3...5..saal baad kya hoga ya nahi.. Fer knock karna

Hello sir.hamare society ke log humko society ke dastavej nahi de rhe hai. Hamare ghar ke window ke samme kisi or builder ne window open kar di hai . Or hamare builder bol rha hai ki vo un log ki property hai . Hum society ke dastavej maag rhe hai to vo log nhai de rhe .hum fir kya kar sakte hai. Please kuch advice de sakte hai

Good evening sir I purchased a flat in 2005 and got the same rigestered along with car parking but was not given a parking allotment number letter car parking mentioned in registered sale deed in the 4 page and schedule of registered sale deed but fellow resident's r creating problems telling everyone i don't have car parking please advise

How we were conned by an organisation who sold us homes and flats with 99 yrs lease and after moving in 2004 no papers were given till2006 and in ten minutes we were told to sign documents which turned out to be live and lease license so please employ an independent lawyer not one recommended by builder😢

Desh mai court aur judgement bis tis saal court ke chaakar khanay ke baad milta hai . Agar woh nichali court high court aur supreme court. Mere Mitra nay divorce ka case chalish saal tak laada hai.

Zab bhar do aur consumer ko paresaan kar sakte ho. Practically, builders ke paisa bachane ke tarike ko judge kabhi samaz nahi payenge, govt agency agar laga de toh wo barter system bana leti hai, es desh ka bhagwan malik hai.

I was a fool to trust a religious leader when we bought our semi only to sign a nearly ten page agreement without reading and ended up with signing a leave licence agreement and on trust signed and put the papers away my advice buy a flat after checking if builder has construction ok and land in his name.Do not trust lawyer recommended by builder or religious organisation as their decipt is hidden when selling

Please post judgement of consumer court or higher court regarding recovery of expenses made by flat owner for repairing out side wall of his flat damaged and creaked and due this outside damage damaged inside of flat severely and no action taken by society and even complaint made to deputy registrar and joint registrar yield no results please guide me for getting justice and expenses incurred by me from society 🆗🆗🆗🆗 sirji thanks

Hello Sir, I have purchased my flat in 2021 and it is not a big colony but a simple 3 storied building. But still today in 2023 my developer has not painted the exterior my the building and roof work also various other facilities. Whenever we ask, he tells next week. Please could you suggest if I can complaint against him by sending a legal notice or submitting a complaint on National Consumer Helpline?
