Little Wars TV introduced me to your channel. I’m hooked now. I like your cap Mark. Awesome para tribute.

My first HistoriCon was in 1998 in Lancaster, out a bit east of downtown (a golf country club?). Like most of these folks, I found it AMAZING!!! The creativity, the comradeship, the patience of gamers when it came to newbies (newbies were WELCOMED into so many games), and the entire spectrum of historical periods covered by the scenarios/rule sets. Made it back to L'caster in 2002 and 2006; in between, got to NashCon once in 2000. This video report was very welcome AND very well done! Thanks for posting!

Excellent recap of a very fun weekend of wargaming. Had a great time playing your AOH variant for Day 2 Gettysburg. Really enjoyed meeting you Mark and many of the Game Room crew, including Ben, Alex, Carl and Austin, who saved the day for the South at a most excellent game of Brandy Station run by LittleWarsTV Tom. Thanks again for the food tip on the spicy octopus! Best, Doug

Great job on the channel and review! I’ll be very interested in the “convention ready” scenarios for Fireball Forward that were mentioned since I run Fireball a lot at West Coast conventions (Pacificon, Enfilade, others.)

I enjoyed your Historicon video, and l enjoy your channel. You mentioned that you might have a video in the near future depicting a Hundred Years War battle, using the Test of Resolve rules . Please do. I really enjoyed the War of the Roses video using those rules. Is there a way to get a copy of the HYW rules variant that were used at the convention? Your and your team are doing a fantastic job with your new channel!

It was a great Historicon, I was only there on Thursday but I enjoyed it a lot. I regret I couldn't stay to see the game called "Eating Hitler", where Hitler in 1945 attempts to go back to 1939 for another try at it, but the time machine malfunctions and he and his cronies are sent to the Jurassic period, where players play dinos attempting to track down and eat the leadership of the Third Reich...also, I appreciate your correction of how to pronounce Lancaster. "Lan-caster" is how they pronounce the one in California. "Lanc-aster" is good old PA pronunciation.

I played in the First Day of Gettysburg game. You guys did an outstanding job. Is there a way I can get a copy of the Age of Lincoln Rules. I would love to try them out with our local club here in NC. Outstanding job running the game by Carl.

Great report on the convention. Wish I could have made it but I do have to say that this is a much better report than some other clubs report on KZbin. You know the little Snicker TV guys😂

Let's see, approximately 12 minutes to cover a four day convention and more than half of the video is talking heads rather than games...and the game shots were too fragmentary to get a real feel for the game layout, etc. Too bad you didn't take any video of the collection of great looking games around the wall in the Heritage room. Not interested in what you ate.
