On this page 5:22 from issue number 28 the couple looks like the couple from the American gothic painting. I mention this because when I was in grade school, the librarian in the school library looked just like the husband from the American gothic painting.

Cutter- the member of the G. I. Joe Team who essentially blackmailed his service to be part of the G. I. Joe Team. Liked him more than Shipwreck, though.
