Solomon Grundy is insanely powerful. It was cool to see him in Stargirl. When Hourman was trying to help him come back to life but it didn't seem to be working and Shade (also awesome in Stargirl) says, I wouldn't worry about Grundy, he has a habit of coming back. lol

Solomon Grundy is an amazing villain to every hero he could go up against. He is so strong, and a tragic figure in the DC universe. He has some good versions in types of media, such as Justice League / Justice League Unlimited, Batman Arkhamverse, and Injustice Gods Among Us. Thank you for this History of Solomon Grundy video, I never thought you would make a video on this character because he is so awesome, and a powerful villain by fans, but since Halloween is on the way, I think this was a good decision. In the next history of video I would like to see a history of Bizarro, that would very cool. But anyways, I hope and a good day, and I wish you a safe and Happy Halloween!

Yes! Nice to see my guy Grundy getting some love. I've always been a huge fan, probably drawn in by the fact that, as mentioned, he's a tortured soul and weaves back and forth between moralities (and can be childlike). I legit shed a tear when I read Long Halloween as it first came out and Batman left Grundy a nice meal.

Fan theory: A land developer fills in the swamp and builds a fortified luxury condo high rise (yes in the middle of a swamp). Some high profile Gotham mob boss or something like that has a rooftop penthouse and is doing some Evil Dead like ritual thinking they'll gain power. Grundy breaks through the basement's foundation and wreaks havoc on the residents trying to get to the top penthouse. Batman tries to stop him and save residents the whole way up (like The Raid or Dredd) until they get to the penthouse and yeah... I don't have an ending but there you go.
