We want to thank everyone who watched. We have read your comments and understand the lack of trucks in these parts and Studebaker didn't really start making trucks until 1929. We decided to highlight the most important trucks of their history. However, soon we will come out with a video with nothing but highlighting Studebaker trucks. Please be patient and thank you again for watching! We appreciate all the support and those expressing their comments.

I found a Studebaker radiatorcap in the centre of the Netherlands, must be from a truck, that was used for militairy service.

I recall in the 1950s and 1960s, the California Department of Transportation, now known as CalTrans, used Studebaker pickups a lot. Also, the defunct California State Police Division, which is now part of the CHP, used Studebaker Larks with the bigger V-8 for a few years in the early 60s. My neighbor worked for them and brought his car home as he was on call. He gave me a ride in it and it was a decent and fast car. I guess they made good vehicles but just could not keep up with the big three.

I notice on their brochure they scroll down on, at the very bottom at 2:24 it says, "Quanity Production of Quality Cars." They misspelled "Quantity".

I had a 1953 Studebaker pickup and it had a small 6cyl engine with overdrive. It got 33 miles per gallon.

Showing pictures of vehicles produced in the 1940s,1950s, and 1960s while discussing company progress in the 1930s is non-congruent. Surely there could have been better coordination here.

Many off the photos around 7 or 8 minutes are Out of date with the narration. An Avanti out of sequence and then a shot of about 1950? Careless editing here.
