Also, don't know how I never really noticed this before, but got I love how across kick-Ass, Hit-Girl, and Big-Daddy, you can see how much each of them cared about aesthetics vs functionality. KA is purely just for recognizability and hiding his identity, it's super bright with all the yellow and there's literally no armor or extra features besides the sheaths for his batons. HG has a lot of purple, her skirt, and a cape, but she at least has some armor and presumably a bp vest under her costume, plus her utility belt with some useful stuff like her knives and the little grapple thing she uses near the end. Aside from the shape of his helmet, cape and the yellow of his belt, BD's suit is basically all *just* armor, dark colors for stealth, and from what we see his belt has a lot more lethal shit than HG's; grenades, flares, etc.

One of my all time favourite films with one of my all time favourite film characters Mindy McCready a.k.a Hit Girl who was absolutely bloody brilliant and hilarious, she had such style the way she cold bloodily dispatched the baddies (like the woman in the red dress 💃). @@ThomasPalm-w5y true, yes certainly afraid & defencively armed, but she was also unfortunately a witness too. And BD & HG are as 'unknown' vigilantes, witnesses & evidence reduction is a thing for them, especially as BD is both an --framed-- ex Police Officer & Criminal, ...staying out of both sides of the fence's eyes allows more room for escape, evasion and an amount of peace of mind (however relatively f**ked up his naturally his/was) characterise.

I find it super weird, if that is true, that they DID let her actually use the type of language hit girl did. That she said it "at work" doesn't mean she didn't say those things.
