Interesting and useful. The video at one point shows a forehand with a caption "loaded foot 45 degrees away from the angle of the body." For the backhand, you added that the foot should be "away 90 degrees to where you want to drive the ball to." Are these supposed to be different guidelines for the different strokes? Different ways of describing similar results? Variations on what might work for players on any stroke? Thanks

By turning your foot out at 90degrees you loose your axial coil which is where most of the energy comes from.

I try to make the videos very short and not waste time. Open stance should be 45⁰ and semi open stance 90⁰ So the separation of the upper and lower body simply creates a coil and recoil action. Does that make it clearer It's great that your enjoying the site. www.oneminutetennis.com
