Thanks for the video. A common instruction is to hold the racket loosely. But I would be interested in specific instruction on methods to make sure one is doing so. For instance, might there be a drill or a test to determine if the racket is in fact properly loose? Thnx

Can you do a video on developing the racket drop and cartwheel motion of the serve, the swing up and out, how you stay sideways till after contact ?

There is nothing effortless about moving a tennis racket or golf club with speed. This is a myth. Loose is dependent on the speed of the oncoming ball and the speed of the court. Wawrinka’s core could bend steel beams. Does he look effortless? You think Nadal’s forehand was effortless?
