Obsession is such a *top* *tier* *album* . The most unique thing about EXO is that every album they put out sounds completely different from their previous albums. Like DMUMT sounds absolutely nothing like the OBSESSION ALBUM and DFTF sounds nothing like OBSESSION ALBUM. EXO always brings something new to the table. Plus there is always diversity or variation within the album itself. Like *Obsession* , *Jekyll* , *Trouble* are *dark* *concepts* but then you have songs like *Non* *stop* , *day* *after* *day* which are *chill* *tracks* . Beautiful, soulful, vocals in every song makes me Stan EXO even more. The only other groups I Stan apart from EXO are NCT and SuperM. SM is the powerhouse of talent.

Every comeback is a different style and genre and within each albums each track are different genres as well or alternative songs😊 that's why ExoLs will never get bored when it comes to EXO songs especially with their Cool Concept storyline that plays a big role every comeback keeps our attention hooked.

It's Suho, the one who did the musical singing thingy (he is also a musical actor btw), the one with the low register was Chanyeol (one of their rapper) and he usually takes the low register harmony aside from Chen. I'm glad you did Jekyll, this is one of my favorite B side track of EXO's Obsession. One of their top-tier album.

I am pretty sure in the beginning the low harmony is Sehun... he is another one with a low register, I think he is harmonizing with Chanyeol rather then them layering Chanyeol's voice

"Jekyll" is my favourite in that album ! It's edgy and dark, 100% fits in the concept. It shares the same DNA with "Obsession“ in my opinion.

EXO's songs are original, unique, specially made for their voices that's why no one dares to cover them. Even though the song doesn't have universal lyrics, Jekyll is my favorite from that album. you guys are so thorough it's amazing... i love jekyll a lot, mostly because of how it utilizes different sounds to aid in the song's storytelling (idk anything about music but the rough and smooth parts of the chorus definitely sounded like a conversation between exo and x-exo), and this vid definitely made me more aware of certain sounds (ESPECIALLY THE REVERBS AND WHITE SPACE THATS SO COOL OMG) and i wanna thank you for giving me a chance to enjoy the song in new ways! best wishes!!

EXO doesn’t confirm, they break the mold every time and create masterpieces. This song grabbed my attention immediately and i was singing along (making up my own pronunciations). It’s very easy to sing along to IMHO.

Because this doesn't follow a set formula it is popular with fans. Title songs have to appeal universally to fans and non fans, but often fans like B sides as much or more. Jekyll is very popular because it shows how unique and talented EXO are and because it touches on the darker side of their on going theme. The vocal skills they make sound easy really are not.
