Would love to hear insight on Girl's Generation "I Got a Boy" and how that unusual song structure compares to Next Level (do you see any similarities? any way that you would have gone about it differently? what do you believe the song structure is?) Also for fun, and probably a patreon video, would be to listen to Super M's "Monster" and "Infinity" separately. The creators were asked to combine these into one song to release as a single, while also keeping the separate ones for the album. How would you combine these two songs? Then listen to "One (Monster & Infinity)" and see how it compares to what you would have done.

Hey Adam 👋! I’m a new KPOP stan (only for into it January this year) and already a massive NCTzen and EXO-L (fandom names for NCT and EXO respectively. I’m also a shawol (SHINee’s fandom name, say shuh-WOLL)). Anyway, I noticed someone comment for you to react to NCT U’s Raise The Roof, which, yes please, amazing song. I’ll add to that and say that you also need to react to three more NCT U MVs Make A Wish, 90s Love and Work It. Once you’ve done all four of those, take a look at the MV for NCT 2020 Resonance. Resonance is everyone in NCT at the time of release at the end of 2020, which is 23 members, hence the name NCT 2020. I love Resonance!

So I'm a bit of a unique song junkie and I have a few ones I'd like to tell you about. These aren't super famous groups so I'm not sure if anyone has recommended them to you, but they're very different and their music shouldn't be overlooked because they aren't well known in the Kpop community. Since you're interested in unique song structures, I recommend you check out Golden Child. They're another boy group and their song structure has been a little unconventional, to say the least. I think you'd have fun explaining them. I recommend their songs 'Burn It' (not their mv since their mv is like a mini-movie so it doesn't display the song consistently, so like check out a lyrical video or a dance practice) and then their song "One (Lucid Dream)", and that mv is fine to watch. If you wanna hear more unique songs from them there is also 'Wannabe' and "Without You', but I recommend "Burn It" and "One (Lucid Dream)" above those two. They're the group with the most consistently unusual title tracks I've found in Kpop. Another one I wanna recommend is OnlyOneOf and their songs "dOra maar' (this song doesn't have an mv but it does have a dance practice) and 'a sOng Of ice and fire", which has an mv that you can watch. This group is very much distinct sonically compared to most other groups, alongside their vocal style too. If you like their sound then I recommend 'Sage' and 'libidO' after those two songs since they're very much driven with restrained aggression and hard-hitting sounds that I personally love.
