Grace Kim never ceases to amaze me. This must be a very difficult song to learn to sing even if you are a natural English speaking person. I can't image how difficult it was for her and the other two to learn this song when their first language isn't even English. They were absolutely phenomenal!

I don't know any female groups today that can sing any original songs from any era of music.and sound like the original artist who originally recorded it. Each of these ladies has a unique voice and sound that makes their music stand out incredibly.and it is not easy to mimic another artist voice or sound without have amazing talent to do so.that is why you will never find another group in this generation like the barberettes.their voices can not be duplicated it is a blessing from God.and it is an honor and blessing for me to hear their music. With everything going on today in this world it is nice and comforting to still hear meaningful music

You point out a great feature of this old-school music: every time you listen to it, you can concentrate on a different part of the song and hear things you did not hear before. You can't do that with today's so-called music.

Sohee's my favorite. Or, was. Just discovered them last night and came across a video in which she was announcing her departure. Sad. Fine looking woman with a great voice. Well, they all are and have. But Sohee's the one for me.

@@gfweis, it's notable that leader/founder Shinae never replaced her. Maybe after Grace Kim's departure then So Hee's leaving, with Sunnie replacing Grace, she grew tired of trying to keep a larger group going. And fair enough if that is the reason. But what ever the case, the Shinae/Sunnie duo, though still top notch to be sure, do miss that third lower register rich voice that So Hee has. I'm hoping there's a chance she'll rejoin for at least some occasional work. But no holding my breath. I have wondered why Grace Kim left. There was no "goodbye" video for her departure so wonder if it was not a good parting. Hope that's not the case. Would be something to see ALL FOUR ladies at one time together for a concert video.
