Hitch 2014 - England to Croatia - A Hitchhikers Tale

We set out to hitchhike 1,500 miles across Europe on a journey spanning 8 countries in 12 days which eventually saw us end up in Split, Croatia.
We only took with us a tent and a change of clothes to make the challenge a real adventure and to prove that even in this day and age you can still travel vast distances on just the kindness of strangers.
