Watching this video now, 2 years later , most the players you talk about have really become great at the clubs they moved on to. Many even reaching status of “great” and even “ Superstar ⭐️ “ level (the best in Europe/ World ). I’ve thought the same thing about Southampton & imagine if they were able to keep some of the players just for 2 more years. So many gone on to become great players; some being on the SuperStar level!!! Always look at who the Saint sell, and see how good they become!! ( Not every player but many of them become integral players at the clubs they moved on to).

As a Brighton fan, definitely don’t regret us selling Norwood. He was a bit part player for us in our promotion season, it made sense to sell him and I don’t think he would get into our team now as we have better players in that position. The Gnabry deal is a bit more complicated than its made out to be here. Bayern were basically always the ones who bought the player, but for some financial reasons they set the deal up so Bremen would buy him first, with a transfer then to Bayern already pre-agreed when he joined

I wouldn't say Liverpool happily sold Ings because if you ask them, I'm sure they'd say they'd rather seen him stay. Ings is going into his prime and they couldn't guarantee him regular minutes because of Firmino. They also had Brewster coming up so either of Origi or Ings had to be let go and Origis ability to play wide, tipped the scales in his favour. Liverpool had to sell someone and selling Firmino and Brewster wasn't really an option. While Ings didn't force a move, Liverpool were resigned to selling him. They probably also felt that a move away was best for Ings' career and didn't want to stand in his way because of all that he had to go through with injuries during his time at Liverpool.

For Aston Villa the answer is Albrighton. We don't regret selling Traore, we got Adomah in the swap deal who had an instant impact and was integral to getting promoted, and Traore has only started to come good this season. Albrighton was our Grealish before Grealish.

As a Liverpool fan I don’t think we really regret selling Ings. It was more Klopp letting him go for the goodness of Danny’s career. Gnabry was never an outcast at Arsenal, they desperately wanted him to extend his contract. He was actually doing well and was sent on loan at WBA to accelerate his development where Tony Pulis didn't play him much and he also got injured and when he came back he wanted to go back to Germany but I guess the real story doesn't get clicks.

In most of the cases, I think the club selling the player helped the player. Player gets to go to a lesser team and develop as they are playing more competitive games. Arsenal fans don't/Shouldn't regret selling Gnabry, he was never good for us at the club and never hit anywhere near the heights he's hitting now. Going to germany made and developed him to be the player he is now. I have no doubt in my mind that if he'd have stayed with us, he wouldn't be like the player he is now. I think most of us can agree a player we all regret selling is Oxlade Chamberlain, such a handy player who was so versatile and could come on and light up a game.

Gnabry was good when we had him (better than Iwobi anyway) Wenger didnt want to sell him, but Gnabry wanted more game time. We all know Wenger cares about his players and so he let him move, probably realising Bayern would tap him up. I can honestly say that i dont miss Gnabry for Arsenal tho, i dont think he would have made the difference with regards to our form over the last few years, we are just THAT poor and it is very contagious.

Sterling, Suarez, and Coutinho forced moves because they didn't want to be at Liverpool. Sancho forced a move because he wasn't getting played. There's nothing Liverpool could have done to keep hold of those three, if Man City had played Sancho, he would have stayed.
