Sorry it's been a while since I've made a video! Hopefully this is a start to a slew of uploads. This tutorial should have a ton of tips and understanding even for those more experienced, but at a beginner's pace. Enjoy!

How do you unlink the two (or more) values in keyframing (for example x and y in position), so you can have one be smooth and the other one be linear?
@StoryS.6 жыл бұрын
@@goodfornothing7490 Did you fix your problem? If not, the problem could be that the preview screen is on a low resolution. If the problem persists after you have exported it is still pixelated. I honestly don't have a clue. Just Google it

this is so helpful and very easy to understand! I just downloaded hitfilm today and was playing with it for a while after watching a few introductions to it. I've been playing with animations and it think I almost spent an hour trying to make a simple animation and now I'm face palming with how easier it could've been XD

Do you know of a way in Hitfilm to auto sync keyframes to an audio track? I also wish Hitfilm had markers and a hotkey and to convert markers to keyframes. People asked for markers years ago on the forum and still nothing.

Hey, I got a small question, when I make keyframes and I wanna preview them on the screen, I don't see the animation inbetween, just the object's position in each keyframe. Do you know how I can fix it, and be able to see the animation between keyframes?

I have a question. I want to move the sun along an ecliptic line that I have designed using photoshop. Now I need the sun along the ecliptic. I have broken this down using days of movement. I am in Hitfilm 8. I thought I could do this using frames as my unit of measure (one frame = one day), but it goes from 24 frames to 1 second (is 1 second = 26th frame?). So is this is going to be a hard math problem for my creative side. LOl Any suggestions on keyframing on an oval with constant revolutions? Thank you. I'll keep at it. There has got to be a way.

Hey man I have Hitfilm Express and its limiting my exports to 30 secs though I had it activated long ago and just made videos with it a few months back. When I click activate its saying that Its having troulbe refreshing my credentials then when i try to export to youtube I cant even do that because its says some kind of error. Why would it be doing that if mine is activated? I asked Hitfilm but no answer I also sent them a message on fb and still no answer.
