Term limits for presidents are already in place, which term limits do you want to add? IMO the presidency oscillates between the two parties because after 8 years the other side is more fed up and shows up at the polls, while voters who enjoyed their candidate in power become complacent. I seriously doubt that Vance would become president after Trump. Only Bush Sr. managed that after being Regan's VP.

@@tomeberhard74 Term limits for Congress are sorely needed. A two party system is designed for more control by giving the people a choice or at least the appearance of choice. Many believe presidents are selected, not elected. We will never know for sure. In any event, a large part of what one administration enacts is carried over to the next one. Certain agendas are always maintained.
