In the video, OP didn't actually enter the room Owen was in, so they were still a suitable distance away to avoid being infected. Because a corpse can't infect anyone with the virus, the room was safe to enter afterwards. It wasn't shown in the video, but there's also a single vaccine sample in the level that you can steal to make yourself immune to the virus, even without a hazmat suit.

A portion of the payment is given in advance, but the big payments are secured when handlers are able to confirm the completion of the missions. This is so they can’t defect early and also gives the assassin funds to use for the job

I had it from day 1 since it was inherited from my copy of Hitman 2. All levels should be available by default now thanks to ther Freelancer Update. IOI was never 100% clear with their DLC release guides.

It's Hitman (2016), Hitman 2 and Hitman 3 combined all running within Hitman 3. IOI rebranded the game to Hitman: A World of Assassination sometime last year.

Not in this longplay sadly. I literally ran out of time in the video to include the Seven Deadly Sins DLC and the Sarajevo Six DLC was unreleased on PC/Xbox at the time of recording.
