Dang Dan...you make those OHS squats look easy. I'm still trying to get enough strength to overhead squat more than a 25# bar. One day....

Bronson Beisel scale down the weight and change the movement to front squats for now! Keep working on your ohs technique with a broomstick or light barbell until it’s dialed in!

@@OriginalDanBailey Good advice...and that's basically what I do... scale to front squats... but I do need to do more work with the old PVC pipe to make sure I'm locking out my arms and such. BTW...been doing the banded exercises you recommended for biceps and triceps a couple of videos ago... just 3-4 days a week...but man it's making those muscles hurt the next day :-)
