finally ab mai uss state of mind mai hu ki mujhe kisi certain place mai rehne ki jarurat nai koi specific khana peena ya kapde pehene ki jarurat nai. Mai hamesha khush rehta hu. Problems ab mujhe challenges lagte hai jo solve karn easy he ho gya hai. laziness boredrom stress tension kuch feel nai hota. Mujhe apne ap ko kaam k liye motivate v nai krta padta. mujhe force v nai krna padta apne ko kaam mai mann lagane ka. iam in peace state now

@@theiridiscentpearl2971 phele apne unwanted desire like kuch v khane ka mann pehan ka mann ya ghumne ka mann hota tha. mai life k lowestt phase mai tha dimag kaam he nai kaarta tha. basically escapism kehte hai. sab log unknowlingly karte hai lekin realisation nai hota hai. sab se apne ander awareness create karo aur fir apne mann uth rahe desire jo rahe hai unn per sawal puch then work on it. jab aise roj question karte rahoge. fir mind ek desireless state of mind of chala jayega. logo ne dimag use karna chorr diya hai kyon ki life hamari struggle nai hai. lekin hamara dimag jitna jyda kaam karega utna acha mind or body rahega. mind bana he kaam karne k liye.

Practicing meditation for so long. But the way you are explaining about how to refocus if you are distracted due to any external circumstances. Because the problem of most people is like that, only like I am unable to concentrate, so many thoughts have been run during that practice and so more.
