Why should we inhale through nose and exhale through mouth during meditation? Bhai pta nahi shayd me hi hu, prr jbb aap kehte hai 16 tk ginti kijiye prr uske beech hi apne AAP hi aapka kuch aur bolna uss 16 tk ginti me rukawat Lata hai. Mere suggestion aapko yehe hai ke jb guided meditation me ek task de to ya to use sath sath pura kre ya beech me Mt bole isse satisfaction nahi aata. Ek aur baat. Li Hui saans choti aur chodi hui dhere aur lambi, aur relax krti hai. Hum jeetenge 🚩

I can feel background music of "7 min guided meditation".... That 7 minute video is very soothing and pleasant and i am practicing it since u uploaded. Lekin iss video me mujhe bich bich me interruption feel hua jab aap bol rahe the "1 se 16 tak count kare" again n again ... Iss video me apki voice thodi fast lagi compare to " 7 min guided meditation" ... Maine bas 1 feedback diya ... But don't think ki main kami nikal raha hu. You are doing great job .... And calmness in your voice reflects your steadyness character.
