I suffer from stress and anxiety but anulom vilom helps a lot along with other breathing techniques. Also it helps me a lot in removing excess water from body and face and feel a lot calm and happy after this pranayam.

Namaste Performing nadishuddhi pranayama balances the masuline (Pingala,Right,Solar) and feminine energies (Ida,Left,Lunar) within an individual. This leads to a feeling of peace,oneness and satisfaction. We can chant Soham internally (So when inhaling and Ham when exhaling). .The upanishads which are a part of Vedas declare that there is only One and to realize this Oneness of all life is the ultimate purpose of life. Every moment we breath, nature reminds us of this truth as each incoming breath resonates to So meaning He and outgoing breath to Ham meaning I (The Sanskrit words are split as Sah and Aham and its conjuction is Soham) Every time we breath , we can tune ourselves to this ultimate reality of Oneness by remembering Soham. Thanks.

Thank you so much, eight years back I started to loose my sense of smell and from past two three years my nose started to block it was blocked and I had headache but from past one week I have been able to breathe a lot 😅 actyally my nostrills are all open after this pranayama (actually I already knew that pranayama would help, but I guess I did it the wrong way) I am blessed to have found this and am very grateful, Thank you satvik movement team ❤

I think u know very well that what will the amount of minimum 2 or 3 types of fruit per day and veggis... Or kuch chije to milti hi ni yha.. But thereafter i am trying to follow that in my way but i have only that issue....ki m regular nahi kr pa rhi or jada prblm breakfast k sath aati h..😐

@@priyankathakur6107 starting mai mjhe bhi problem hui thi ..fir Maine chart bna liya Monday to Sunday kB kya khana h usse bahut help hui koi cheez ghr pr nh hoti toh ek din phle hi le aate h..itne saalo ki aadat jldi se change nhi hoti..but now I completely on satvic routine isse mjhe bahut help hui h hairs skin mai changes mai notice kr pa rhi hu..aur expenses ki baat toh they doesn't cost much Maine skincare products lene bnd kr diya waha se save ho jata h aur per day 1 time hi toh fruit Lena h ...trust me try it religiously u will not regret..

Hi Kalpana...please consult a psychiatrist...you need medicine if you need to come out of it soon. Pranayam and yoga will help but it will take time. Happened with me too. Consult a doctor. Start taking medication and also do yoga and pranayam. It will help you in recovery. If you want I can connect you with my psychiatrist.

Namaste The upanishads which are a part of Vedas declare that there is only One and to realize this Oneness of all life is the ultimate purpose of life.
