Bob is the BEST! Another bonus for taking the Armorer’s class, beside a better understanding of how your gun works, is the Friends if HK certificate at the end that gets you a significant discount on your next HK purchase. Can anyone say “MARK 23…?”

If HK roller delay guns arent cheap because it requires expensive components how does PTR do the same thing for half price here in the US? HK charges what it does because it can which is fine but blaming it on the platform is silly.
@ASPextra2 жыл бұрын
I think that is a bit myopic. The actual materials HK uses are not the same, and the actual manufacturing is not the same. Don't get me wrong, you can get a PTR for half the cost, but it's not the same gun.
@runlevelone2 жыл бұрын
@@ASPextra Citation needed. There has been no objectively neutral data to support that claim. Your only source is an interested party, HK. If there were a difference in materials and manufacturing then why aren't we seeing endemic early failures in PTRs? Why are parts compatible? I get you're a brand ambassador, but that statement is just ridiculous on its face. That which can be asserted without evidence, can be dismissed without evidence.

HK uses an ultra hard steel from France for their CHF barrels. Its capable of firing a squib load without catastrophic failure. Export/import fees are also included. The labor cost/wage for Germans and Europeans is more. If you think HK is expensive. Look at SiG Sauer AG.
@tnsquire31952 жыл бұрын
@@runlevelone a lack of failure in the PTR does not prove the material used in the HK is not superior - that is completely flawed logic.
