Make the exception with my boy… I know you’ll love his work ethic and passion for knowledge. “It doesn’t make any sense to chase those numbers if you have a really shitty swing” I teach my son the exact same concept with working out.. we’ve worked a lot of form, technique, and mobility before touching weights

@@adelreal459 we assume it is similar because we teach the same swing, however it’s impossible to know for sure. Through our conversations I would say it is similar but most likely described in a different way. Rich and I come from different backgrounds thus we see the world through different lenses. So if you like how I break down information, then the course will be very beneficial. It also comes with a free hitting program and drill library as well!
