HMS Diamond returns to Portsmouth after intensive action in the Red Sea

The crew of HMS Diamond was welcomed home by families after more than 7 months deployed in the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden. During this intense deployment she shot down 9 Houthi drones (7 in a single day) and a ballistic anti-ship missile.
The ship sailed nearly 44,000 miles, spending 151 days at sea.

The Royal Navy needs many more warships like this , but it has only six ! The SNP created a useless national shipyard own is Ferguson marine , could this shipyard become part of BAE ? They could create sections of future RN vesssels as well as building small replacement ferries for the Western Isles of Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿????
