I was told this by a lawyer as he heard this discussed in law school. The Owners owned a large piece of property…around 30 acres. He had a private road that went from a public road to his home & property. The property had belonged to Owners family for many generations. Land behind his property was purchased for a big residential subdivision. It became a HOA. Time passed without issue. Then the HOA approached the Owner. They wished to purchase some of his land to build a road to link to the private driveway which led to a major road. The Owner was astonished & noted the private drive was too narrow for any sort of commercial use. HOA said they were promised that the driveway would be turned into a 2 lane highway. Owner laughed & said no. The the HOA sued under the right of Eminent Domain for their community to have access to the State highway. Owner was able to point out without the new road the HOA community had about a 20 minute drive to reach the highway. Owners attorneys pointed that the planners of the new community knew about the drive time when they purchased the property in the first place. In the end the Court ruled for the Owner. The Owner had scant trust in the HOA. He had multiple trail cameras placed around his property. HOA then built up hiking trails. They began fishing in a river that entirely ran on the Owner’s property and they placed a playground and local park all upon the Owner’s property. Owner sued. The HOA offered excuses & tried to buy the encroached park land from the Owner & the right to continue to hike & fish upon the Owner’s property. This time the Court ruled entirely in favor of the Owner. HOA had to cover all court costs, return the illegal park land to be returned to its previous condition. The Owner received a settlement from the HOA. The Owner donated the entire amount to the County Park system. In the end the County renamed one of their Parks with the Owner’s name. It was also the closest public park to the HOA. Owner continued to support the Park building a public pool, baseball diamonds & basketball courts. With the Owner financial assistance the Park built a multi purpose building used by many groups for many different purposes.

@christinaburney59354 ай бұрын
Story 1: The complaints started after you bought that subwoofer. You knew what you were doing. Also, cities have noise ordinances where above a certain desible level noise is illegal. And the laws are written like this for angood reason. Our own military used noise to mentally torture people. So if she gets the noise levels in her condo tested and your subwoofer breaks those noise laws you are in trouble. Some noise in apartment/condo living is expected, but you should try your best not to be a nuisance to your neighbors. Also, I have lived in apartments most of my adult life. I have only moved once because of noise. And my neighbors intentionally drove me out because I complained about noise and they retaliated like you, to drive me out. My walls were vibrating, from 2 neighbors. I took my picture off the walls when they fell from it. Why did I complain? I had a baby and one of my neighbors woke her up with her sterio. When I knocked on her door she had the speakers to her sterio both up against my wall, and she had to turn it down to hear what I was saying it was so loud. When I told her she woke my baby she got angry and told me they took her twins away from her so she didn't care. And she turned her music up even louder. She enlisted the help of my other neighbor in her regime of torture. I went to the apartment manager and they told me they couldn't do anything between day hours. They still didn't care when I told them my walls were vibrating. I even asked them to come to my apartment and stand inside for 5 minutes to see if they could live like that. They refused. I spent a lot of time away from my apartment, got a lawyer and got out of my lease siting the noise levels being inhumane and the managements unwillingness to correct it. It wasn't just inhumane to me, but also to my baby. They were intentionally malicious. After I moved, I found out about noise ordinances. If I had been advised I would have most definitely had them measure the noise and sued for the inhumane noise levels. This type of thing is WRONG to do to others. Don't be that person.

#1, living in a middle apartment/condo will always be a problem with noise. There are ceiling materials that would muffle sound and reinforcing floors would help. Another suggestion would be to encourage the people on the first floor to also insulate their ceiling with sound proofing. It would sure eliminate a lot of inconvenience and hard feelings.

29:40 Picture-taking private investigator: No bigotry against lesbians here. In the US, this woman cannot marry OR cohabitate and still receive alimony of any kind. She couldn't do this with a boyfriend, either. She is likely trying to have a live-in AND collect alimony/maintenance. Ex has every right to try to nail her for doing it.
@twiggygrl847 ай бұрын
The father more likely is trying to get custody of the children. If he were trying to deny her alimony, he would need to prove the women were romantically involved. The private investigator would need to be much more discreet, and "family values" would not be mentioned as his grounds for taking these photos. Because she is already employed as a nurse, the standard of life prior to divorce would have to be significantly different for alimony to ever be considered here. But in regards to custody, he could be trying to argue that the children are being raised in an environment that goes against his cultural or religious practices. It'd be a flimsy and bigoted argument... But if he would go to those lengths to keep them out of a same sex household, he obviously feels strongly and that argument may honestly reflect his motivation. But yeah, as a nurse (near Charleston so tons of work opportunities) there's almost no way alimony was ever a factor. Custody, child support, totally. Alimony, no.
@daveholtz25287 ай бұрын
@@twiggygrl84 Nope. An "out" lesbian, cohabitating with another and living like a family? No need to capture pics of them pegging each other. Same as if they were a hetero couple. No chance "gay" would preclude custody. But cohabitating is the same as marriage in ending alimony.

Actually, the PI is NOT trespassing until an authorized agent of the apartment complex tells him he needs to leave. No, not just a resident. Also, while it's creepy, taking pictures of kids in an open-air park is also 100% legal. If a cop rolls up on him he's not even obligated to give them his name. Confiscation of his camera was a Constitutional violation.
@daveholtz25286 ай бұрын
@@twiggygrl84 Looking for bigotry where none is evident. He doesn't have to prove "romantically involved" to end alimony. COHABITATION is the standard and it ends alimony in most jurisdictions, just like remarriage. On the other hand, proving that an ex is in a homosexual relationship does not legally have any effect on custody. The guy has every right to try to prove cohabitation, use of a PI is reasonable...the ex has no right to both cohabitation/remarriage and still collect alimony. Cohabitation or remarriage is NOT by itself grounds to change custody unless the new partner is a molester or druggie, etc

They shouldn't back down either - if Ashley is being unreasonable, then she doesn't deserve to get perks from other family members. It's one thing to think the aunt is cool while mom is regular. It's quite another to be rude to mom. Parents should teach their children manners and personal responsibility. But the aunt could, in fact, help teach Amy by saying that the way she is treating her mom is not acceptable and support the parents in disciplining her. Ashley and her mom may always have tiffs and not agree, but respect of parents and other adults should be required, unless there is a good reason not to - like abuse and such.

It didn't sound like they were planning on it or had made those improvements for any other reason than they themselves wanted them. So they spend time and money to upgrade the place to their liking only to move a few months later? IDK possible, sure people are silly like that, but i wouldn't be surprised if part of the reason they might have had to move was due to those upgrades and noise. That it wasn't just the couple below that got annoyed. And that the carpeting had been there for a reason. I'd make eye contact with a salesperson, and they'd pretend to be busy. But as soon as I stepped away, they were laughing and joking with their coworkers about non-work stuff. So I bought my new car elsewhere (same brand) then wrote to the manager of that dealership, telling them what happened, and that I would be advising my employer not to use their dealership in the future. (My employer kept using that dealership.) The sales manager called me and said "What can I do to make this right?" "Nothing," I replied. "Your sales team disrespected me, and I will never purchase a vehicle from your dealership. How many other sales have they cost you because people weren't dressed well enough?"

I thought I heard the most annoying voice ever. I was mistaken. Stopping listening and will, if possible, bar the channel from my feed.

Ok first I do believe America is the best... But I don't believe in being a snot about it. Weirdly entitled people I feel are very very Un-American people. I also acknowledge that while we may be the best country in the world, there's still a lot of things we're lacking in!

Why are you using Ripe's stories on your channel. Isn't that considered wrong?

Either the lotto story is complete. Bullshit or you are looking to be robbed?. No same merchants carry that many $5 bills in their till.

At 31:23 Ripe states why he is appearing in this video. It isn't a stolen narration.

Nothing stolen, this is my fiancee's channel so she is allowed to use voice recordings I made for her.😅

Hmm, so now The Readers decides to steal another KZbinr's video, using that persons voice (the german accent) changing the background image and voila a new video... Sad man, sad... If you cant come up with any more stories to read or do on your own then get the heck off youtube or start making your own original content buddy. Im sick of people on here stealing other's content and passing it off as their own

If you bothered to look into the comments then you would have read Ripe himself say this is his fiancées channel. Sad look for you tbh

@@RipeStories Ripe!!!!!!! Dude your awesome, love your videos, Luckily its your fiancee then so in case there's no problems, i've seen a few other channels literally stealing your and other youtuber's videos, and got worried this dude stole your voice over videos too so just keep an eye out. I lost the links to those frauds but if i find them i'll send them your way 👍
