THANK-YOU for this video!! ~I've been following you for quite some time now & the transformation, as well as Growth you've shown & shared with us, deserves some recognition 🌺🌈🏵 ~ I truly appreciate the way in which you explained & expressed, not only a piece of your own experience so that others may find a way to relate to or identify, but given the reminder (as you often do) that they/we needn't allow, nor accept the judgement of another to distract or intimidate us. All too often, our brains follow negativity with the giving of permission to the predisposed, underlying, & paralyzing, fear, & feelings of defeat. Neither should we retreat in response to any feelings of shame, as there is not a more perfect time in which to dig down, pull up, & and put to use the strength we, indeed, already possess🙃 ~Just as importantly, you've provided factual, simplified details to the depth..... the hold, that those within the grips of Hoarding Disorder are often faced with. You expressed, with hopes of enlightening others, the very REAL impact & effect that a lack of compassion can have on those who struggle with these very MISunderstood DISORDERS/ILLNESSES, particularly when in the midst of their journey!!! And as always, you shared facts & knowledge relating to Mental Illness/Hoarding Disorder, addressing The Stigma surrounding them and bringing attention to those many misunderstandings in a way that those who lack knowledge or struggle to comprehend, may gain a sense of understanding, cease to find solely fault & judgement, and HOPEFULLY....begin to show some, much needed, long overdue, COMPASSION. ~We need , as a society, to find common denominators, to recognize & remember that EVERYONE of us is or has experienced, to some degree, "STRUGGLE." And we are NEVER alone. 🥰😉🦋🌺🐞🏵🌼🌻 ~THANK-YOU for sharing your experiences, sharing your journey with us all, and more so, allowing us to join you as you continue to take steps onward & upward!! PRACTICE = PROGRESS, and that's all any of us can hope for ❣❣❣ Love & Light, Christina ( & Family) ❤🧡💛💚💙💜💕

You have overcome clothes as a category. That Ms Bravest of hearts is beyond impressive. From now on, your struggles with clothes management will be only those every household struggles with. How cool is that!

Your channel is my favorite for WHEN I’m cleaning, hearing your story and relating to having ADHD and hoarding disorder while I’m cleaning is a huge motivator. I find the other videos I’m only able to stay focused while they are speaking. Once music starts, I get overwhelmed and start taking breaks.

Wow, that was another huge pile getting out of the house! More space in the closets, more space in the basement...awesome! And for the boys, its lovely to know that everything in the closet fits so they don't have to search for clothes in the right size. I think they live it too. Have a wonderful weekend!

I am so friggin’ PROUD - and honored to be witnessing such a transformation in you and your decision making abilities. I can still recall when you were konmari’ing your clothes, and how I got crazy butterflies for you as you stated you were letting go of ALL that was still sitting there! 😱✊😆 Way to go, once again!!! Such a beautiful inspiration you continue to be… ✨🌈♥️✨

Brilliant, you are making so much great progress, especially parting with the bins of clothes from the basement. 👏 Personally, I find clothes being put away in bins makes no sense as they are made to be worn (except for a few limited seasonally specific items e.g. snow stuff or warm winter coat and boots). I think it’s really great that you know youngsters don’t need lots of clothes. In fact if they have too many it just leads to decision fatigue and wastage both in terms of money and time dealing with them e.g. picking them up off the floor, doing laundry etc. The statistics show that most of us only wear on average about 20% of our total clothing items regularly, so only keeping what sparks joy really does make sense.

Again, great job with a clothes konmari! You have come such a long way! I just went through all my clothes in the basement, and it was a huge win also! There is a clothes mountain leaving my possession, and I am so excited! It wasn't even hard, unlike before! Watching this made me realize how good I'm doing myself healing from hoarding. I have many other issues I have been occupied by and I have gotten help, but with hoarding I have been pretty much on my own devices. I also have helped my parents de-hoard their houses! Your videos have been a big help, of course! 💖 But I have done the work and it is good to recognize it. I was recently diagnosed with OCPD (obsessive-compulsive personality disorder, not same as OCD), and I have hard time to see my own progress, much less give myself praise for it.

Pepper in that box looked cute also:) And the pink bin, once emptied of sold items, could perhaps be used to store some of the crafts, once you will organize it. Thank you for your videos and honesty! this has motivated me to let things go. I never hoarded before because I was passing off the stuff that did not fit or used to my family members. it was a way or recycling. But I'm living far away from them now and things started to pile up. I've been decluttering and donating items little by little. I want to be able to fit all the seasons cloth in my 2 closets. I started kind of a capsule wardrove for winter and for summer, but still a lot of clothes
