New to Warhammer and picking up a Harlequin Kill Team. Love the work on this model! Definitely coming back to this for inspiration. Can only dream of my first paint jobs coming anywhere close to this though!

Fantastic paint job!!!!!! Just getting into 40k, haven't bought a set yet tho. I am loving the harlequins and want to build up an army of these. Love the colors you chose, and you have talent with a brush.

Stunning. I much prefer a cleaner look on harlequin infantry, doing away with the diamond motley and saving that to use sparingly on the vehicles instead. This is by far the most stunning use of a clean harlequin colour scheme that I've seen though, so well executed 👌🏻 amazing work man, I'm in awe 😮

Thanks so much for the kind words! Yeah I really enjoyed doing this scheme for sure. Hopefully I can add to the collection with some more videos in this scheme for harlequins :)

Absolutely love these! How did you do the armour/boots?

Here you go mate I have the full colour scheme done on a Death Jester link below. All the colours should be there including a paint list. Paint lists are at the start and end of every video as well as pop ups with the colour name as I use them so should be cool. Let me know if you need any more help. No worries! :) Death Jester Video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/oYDGe5eHprWsqM0

I got you mate! I always do videos on everything I show in my videos. So if you see a technique in one and I don't reference it then likely I have another video where I do. :) For those metals I show case it on Iron Man from MCP here's the link. Hope it helps! kzbin.info/www/bejne/iYu3XmxtZsaWb5I

Hey Adrien, how do you properly thin the paint after creating the mixes?
@adrienkentart Жыл бұрын
So usually it's 1 drop of water using the tip of your brush. However if your using a wet palette often you won't need to thin the paint as the water in the palette gets absorbed and thins the paint naturally. Basically the paint should run smooth on the surface without it shrinking (too much water) or leaving lumpy marks (too thick). I have an early Hobby Tips video on thinning your paint if you need further help just look back in the videos section on my channel and you'll find it. I'll try to including the thinning step in future videos to help with this. :)

I have most of what i'm showing here in some form in other videos but not for this specific colour scheme. If I do another Harlequin I'll definitely do a full tutorial on it for sure! :)

New player here 👋 picked up a Shadowseer and Death Jester to paint as my first models. Thanks for the inspiration! Really well done. What did you use for the metallic finishes on the staff and other areas? Looks great!

Welcome to the hobby mate! Glad you liked the video! I used neutral greys to highlight the blacks I go through this on the channel just check the backlog of videos it's done on many of them. For the white areas I used Ushabti Bone mixed with black to get the warm whites on the clothing. For the dark metal I used Warplock Bronze, Runelord Brass and Silver here's a link to that video to start you off. Hope it helps! :) kzbin.info/www/bejne/iYu3XmxtZsaWb5I
