My cheap ftx ravine has an extremelly good low speed control stock. I was amazed how good it is since so cheap and a combo esc plus transmitter

From my understanding the Ravine is the eastern hemispheres version of the Danchee Ridgerock. How do you like it’s performance all around?

@@SonoranScaleStudios amazing, there is almost no terrain that can stop the little car. Stock battery lasts at leas 45min. Only looses on looks since is not very scale realistic

Man I’m so happy for you I’ve got the same motor/ esc 2 in 1 combo but I’ve got the 1800kv version. It’s top 2 best crawler I have & I always take it. The bodies are very thin & I’ve already cracked mine in 3 places but I was planning on buying another Ecto body because the yellow well not to bad with enough black features added is a tad bright for me. What’s funny is stock it’s very fast & now with the 1800kv brushless it’s a lot slower now. But man can that thing crawl. Even more interesting is it climbs anything but going down the back tips. I’ve got Samix weights on the back so I’ll need to add some more weight. I’ve also got the Rock Pirates shock mounts & sliders. I’m looking forward to seeing it out crawling.

I’m very interested in the Rock Pirates sliders and shock towers. How do you like them? Looking at those along with a new front bumper and a new servo soon. Maybe some alloy trailing arms too 👍

not to mention it’s on the smoothest rtr trans for the money . people are sleeping on the stealth x trans . it’s 40 bucks has 12 % overdrive optional and is smooth as hell

Totally agree man! I’m not the biggest fan of its whine/harmonics at higher rpm but at slow crawl that’s nonissue. Smooth as silk and the perfect match to a slow control motor/esc.

Oh yeah it’s smooth and sweet! They go for 150-170 depending on where and when. Kinda pricey but awfully happy with it so far.
