the civilian: starts with simple and kinda useless weapons. can pick up any weapon picked up weapons are 20% weaker (with all stats)

I'm not yet an animator, but that's what i'm studying. And i have some remarks to give. - Rythm. The whole video is very slow but without any purpose. The rythm of an animation must be set according to a purpose. It TF2, and alos in "meet the team" vids, we are most of the time in action, or in battle scene. So the animation's rythm have to be fast most of the time. And in yours, it should be like so. In this video, there is a lot of shots that are way too long, the camera and characters are very static. - Shy Animation. You are shy in animating. The movements are not accentuated, barely discreet. It's like watching a show made with dismembered puppets. You should take the animation process in another way. In Disney animations, on of the main rules was "Exaggerate everything, even the slightest movement, as much as possible until you feel that a bit more would be too much." You should consider it. - Poor Animations. Remember that even the slightest movements includes several movements. There is never only one muscle moving alone. I'm out of time now, see u soon.

civilian is actually a thing now, theres a mod called tf2 classic that allows you to play as him. he has medium speed and 200 hp. his umbrella is his only weapon and a melee, it attacks faster but does less damage. he can give mini crits to a player for 10 seconds and gives a passive buff to all players nearby

I had a concept, that the Civilian has only his umbrella as a weapon, but it has three modes: Primary: A concealed shotgun, just like the most classes (soldier, pyro, engie and heavy) use, can be replaced with Panic Attack and reserve shooter. Secondary: Civilian opens the umbrella, and uses it as a shield, to cover himself, and other teammates from enemy fire. When deployed it also acts like BASE jumper. He can't attack though, and the shield can be destroyed, which can be seen as umbrella getting more gunshot holes and become more, and more tattered. It can be fixed with ammo boxes, and at the spawn. If Ubercharged, the umbrella shield is indestructible, and protects from Pyro's airblast. Melee: Self explanatory, Civilian bashes his enemies with the Umbrella.

tbh a civilian class that has a bulletproof umbrella would actually be pretty cool. Not sure what his pthwe weapons would be though, possibly a small pistol or one of the stock weapons used by other classes such as the pistol or shotgun.

No. People sometimes give me some stuff and I appreciate it. If someone gifts me something, I'll put it in my next video. Those donations don't really change much in my animation skills and the donators know that. The only thing it does, is motivating me a bit. I do animations because 1) I love TF2 2) I love animating (getting an idea, animating it and releasing it). 3) I like to entertain people

Civilian: Primary: Bundle of money. A projectile that flies in an arc, deals minor damage on hit. When it collides with a teammate it will slightly buff their firing and reload speed. This does not affect things like sniper rifle charges, the wrap assassin's bauble, or gaining uber. Secondary: Miscellaneous. Melee: Umbrella. Deals the same damage as scout's stock bat. Alt-Fire to open the umbrella and block 25 damage, when the damage is taken, the umbrella will break. If any attack deals over the remaining health in one hit, all damage will be absorbed. You can use it again when you spawn. Ideas for other weapons: The Penny Pusher. Fires coins which travel in straighter arcs, fly faster, and fly farther. Deals intermediate damage and can be fired faster than the bundle can be thrown. However, this buffs teammates less than the stock bundle and has significantly less ammo.

Obviously you put a lot of effort into this. I've done 3d animation for a bit so I can tell when someone has worked hard on something. What I recommend for some parts, add a bit more motion to the bodies to make it more realistic. And in other parts, slow down just a little bit to, again, make it a bit more realistic. Love the video and animation itself though, keep it up~!

This SFM is actually pretty good, you just need a little more mouth movement - move the lips more quickly and further to get the synced up with speech (and screaming, etc) properly.

If he was an actual class his primary would be a tomigun secondary would be money he’d be able to use it on a player to give them a crit boost and overheal that’s decays slowly the thing that blanaces that is if you die you drop your cash and if you pick up cash from a enemy it’s twice as long of crits and overheal is the same finally he’d have a umbrella which he could use as a shield to block everything but headshots and backstabs though his shield has the health of a soilder plus it leaves you vulnerable from behind also you would counter pyros with your umbrella because you could block their fire and chase them down though scouts and Spys could kill him easily if they could catch him fighting someone else
