First of all i want to say thank you to the pt and i hope he gets better, i think the pt needs cervical MRI to see if there is a compression or cervical spinal stenosis, hyperreflexia and Hoffman sign means UMNL and the pain description can point also to stenosis. Thank you for sharing this 👍

Looks like standard 2+ bilaterally to me for upper extremity reflexes. 3-4+ is way brisker with a bigger amplitude

I have all of this SUPER badly. I also have herniated disc in my neck, can't even touch my vertebrae without extreme, shooting pain. I also developed degenerative disc disease around age 20, or before.

No previous injury. lots of chemo and radiation for right lung cancer.
