I am so impressed, I’m sure you are so used to your every day work you do. However, nowadays people just don’t have the desire to do things the old ways. They don’t want to do the work and everyone is wanting the instant gratification. Let alone do any of the true hard work. I was just telling my husband that we were gonna can up a bunch of our fresh beef, ( we’ve got 2 cows we are getting ready to butcher) and he thought it was too much extra work. We belong to a non-denominational church and I cherish the Amish, Mennonite etc..... I love the old ways, the way things were done. it’s refreshing to see videos with the true old fashioned ways. I don’t mind modern conveniences however,I’m a believer that the old ways are a true and tried, perfected method. God bless you guys, your family and I want to personally thank you from the bottom of my heart for your videos. It has truly taught me what it was I was looking for. You have no idea how much it means to me personally. Thank you! Xoxo

You're supposed to let your canner vent steam for a full 10 minutes before putting your regulator/weight on.
