This would be pretty out there, but what if the Nazi's made the same type of offer to Mexico that they did in WW1 with the Zimmermann Telegram and they actually accepted? I could see a few ways that could happen. The most likely is that early on, or even prior to the war actually beginning, Germany offers financial support and military aid in order to help Mexico recover from the rebellions in the late 20s (and maybe take parts of the southwest United States). In exchange, Mexico would agree to sign the Tripartite Pact. Mexico was pretty firmly anti fascism and definitely were anti Nazi, but so were the Soviets. They still signed their non aggression pact. Yes, this might bring the US into the war sooner, but if Japan still attacks Pearl Harbor and Mexico invades from the south, American involvement in Europe is going to slow down significantly. There's a real possibility in that scenario that Germany just wins in Europe. Without American help the Soviets would eventually run out of supplies, and the western front would be pretty much a stalemate. The UK probably couldn't launch much of D Day style invasion without America, and there wouldn't be an invasion of Italy either. Germany could have focused most of its energy on the Soviets. And as effective as the Soviets were in real life, I don't think they could have done it against the full might of the German Military and with significantly less supplies from America.

What if at the start of the Siberian intervention, Japan finds Alexei Romanov and makes him a puppet ruler of Siberia to justify their ongoing “intervention”? Yes Alexei Romanov is assassinated in July and the intervention starts in August, so either move the intervention forward a couple of months, or have the Czechoslovak Legion rescue Alexei and bring him to the Japanese. Either way, Japan should remain in Siberia after October 1922, with enough legitimacy so that America doesn't embargo Japan or force Japan's withdrawal, & Japan can pay for the “intervention” with Siberian gold/iron/gems/fur. Or, alternatively, one of his sisters, Grand Duchesses Olga, Tatiana, Maria, or Anastasia, survives and is married into the Japanese royal family giving Japan a claim over all of Russia.

I've got an unusual one. According to some historians, particularly Arif Dirlik, the Chinese left, before the Bolshevik Revolution, was primarily influenced by anarchism. Even Mao Zedong, Chen Jiongming, and Wang Jingwei were, at some early point, anarchists. This brings me to my question: what if the anarchists had remained the dominant socialist faction in China? I'm not saying "what if there was no KMT?", nor "What if there was no CPC?", just... what if the anarchists were the main socialist force in China, instead of the CPC? What if the Ottoman Empire was actually able to protect its Balkan territories and was neutral during the Great War? I know it is not an interesting content and possibly impossible to make a HOI4 video about it. I sometimes unintentionally think alternate Late Ottoman History scenarios and would be pleased to hear your ideas. Let's say since "The Disaster" of losing the Balkans didn't happen in that scenario, there wouldn't be as much military reforms as our timeline. Also one of the reasons why Ottomans joined the conflict was to recover at least some of the territories they lost in previous years. However in this alternate timeline they only lost Libya and maybe they thought going to war for a landmass that they cannot reach neither by land nor sea was stupid so they wouldn't. Maybe the opposition in the İTF was more powerful and was able to overthrow the Three Pashas and somehow convince Russia to not declare war. The UK and France didn't want to fight on another front so they would pressure Russia to white peace with the Ottomans. Or maybe they failed and Russia declared war but this time Ottomans would take more of a defensive position at the Caucasus and possibly hold against the Russian army. The UK and France would launch the Gallipoli campaign but they still probabily lose and try to negotiate peace with the Ottomans. This would give the empire precious time to recover and focus on its internal affairs. Maybe this will allow them to be a player in the WW2. not a major one but still. Maybe they would be a key player against Italy in the Balkans and eastern Mediterranean. Maybe they would negotiate with the UK about Libya and Dodecanese for their entry to war on their side, most likely some time after the invasion of the Soviet Union.
