I always use historical divisions because they work really good and look way better than meta templates. Mostly 9/1 or 9/3 for infantry and 3/6/1 tanks/mot or mech/mot arty or spg

@@BobSample40 I said them in my comment, you can just look it up in Google, most countries used the typical 9 infantry battalions with 4 battalions of artillery (1 arty and support in the game) and lots of support, and 3/3/3 Tanks/mechanized/spg for the US armored division, but I use 6 mech

Last I heard, you only need one horse in your MP division. The game supposably scales the number of divs you need based on demand.

In the update Italy has a lot of Garrison problems so you really need it now

Military Police gives a percentage bonus in supression meaning that to get the biggest bonus you want to have as many cavalry batallions in your mp divisions as possible

my favorite marine template is 9 marines x 9 arty. for a good 45 width. Maybe replacing one of those artillery battalions for a self propelled one if I have the resources. How does it compare to yours? I play moslty singleplayer btw

Unfortunately I need to say, these tank divisions suck. Your tanks are expensive, can be pierced, don't have too much soft or hard attack and can not pierced moderately armed tanks. The only thing good is breakthrough which is excess

thats why you upgrade the armor. i dont upgrade armor because i prefer speed with using cas but if you dont mind the speed being at 5 or 4km per hour they become monsters

As long as you don't have a big border to defend few good divisions is better. You can make good encirclement with like 4-6 good divisions.

Why do people always ignore armor upgrades on tanks? Armor also gives breakthrough, yet I don't udnerstand why they leave the value at 0 and only buff speed

I usually ignore them because my philosophy centers around having fast tanks and being able to pierce the other tanks. If I can Pierce them in my tanks are faster with air superiority I can always overrun them. I'll have high losses but it just works for my playstyle

seeing these i don't see how your able to maintain such divisions, I played as Italy and used these divisions and I'm a decent player but the garrison division sucks, the tanks are to expensive and the infantry cant beat through the french alps. Not to mention to supply problems i had using these templates as Italy. and the marines along with a strong navy didnt even break level two naval forts in Gibraltar Not to mention Italy's debuffs to the army, navy and air, and having a limited industrial capacity making these divisions A: Hard to maintain in multiplayer and Singleplayer B: Not thoroughly tested enough to be feasible.

1. Would be good to specify when would u use what, atleast from what I can think of some of the templates are useless and would like to hear whatt exactly you would use them for 2. In a real competitive game with those tanks u wont stand a chance (especially if u play germany because u will never have enough air dominance to be able to click with them), only good in singleplayer for overrunning a lot of overstacked ai divs. Also 80 reliability minimum. And why the fuck do u make the TDs so fast thats pointless

Some of these divs are pretty bad, especially tank designs: amphib tanks, flame tanks, recon tanks are useless now, medium tank design is also very bad, a lot of IC for 1 stat more and such. Wouldn't really recommend, especially if youre going to play multiplayer

i play as usa and germany most of the time in mp. as usa i can get 48 motorized divs, and around 16-24 tank divs with roughly 10 marine divs. (i also have around 100 garrisons for phillipines, islands and alaska. mills will be around 150 in 42

Marines should be made according to the combat width of the terrain youre using them in in the pacific its way better to use 30 width

Cavlary does not have the highest suppression of the game. Armored car does... 5:34 And that template is waste of xp. It doesnt matter if it is a 2 width of 50 width cavlary template. Both work the same way
