Looking at AI paths, Austria can make a surprisingly sized faction. The entire Balkans, Ottoman Empire, Ukraine, Poland, Italy, Spain, France (non-commie). All puppets or allies. Not to mention coring Germany under this path. Edit 1: you can also get South Italy peacefully reunifying with the north as a willing Austrian Puppet. No wars.

No, you can't get Hitler in this mod because he died in the 1st Wielkrieg. If you play as Germany, then it will get to a part about a documentary that talks about several famous soldiers that served in the Wielkrieg. Hitler is one of them and it talks about his diary during the war and how he was promoted to Sargent but died during the conflict.

From the recent Kaiserreich lore, Hitler isn't mentioned at all, but with Kaiserredux, which has different lore than Kaiserreich (a bit confusing I know), he was killed by a British soldier during the 1st Weltkrieg.

I think the rebellions are triggered by foci of the other countries trees, so you should be able to see them since you are in a faction, so it should be relatively easy to time
