I love how out of the four contenders for the Russian throne in TNO: one is dead, just some insane regent one was bored and just made himself king cuz he felt like it One is the closest thing to a proper heir, but his kingdom's survival depends on Russians wanting to get boozed and the other was kidnapped.

@@DShakey Yeah ,the old Globalplans mechanic which was removed a while back made Burgundy able to empower the reactionary/Solidarist party in Vyatka and have them get into power. It was known for making Vyatka overpowered as you know, having modern guns and divisions in an area where your neighbours wield what are effectively sticks that happen to fire pieces of lead tends to give the former an advantage.

iirc, the reason Burgundy supports Vyatka is bc Himmler thinks they’re the ones with the best chance of reuniting Russia to fight Germany that aren’t communists. It’s surprisingly pragmatic

Hey Dshakey you should play Russian warlords with the 2WRW mod that adds the same decisions to invade Germany and stuff for all Russian warlords but I would really recommend Shushkin from Novborisk He has content post unification in the 2WRW mod (though the very last parts of it are pretty buggy) and the rest of the world has some very bare bone skeleton content (more would be added in their next update)
