Just watching your face made me realize I must have looked that when I first heard them do this song! Who would have thought an a cappella group could achieve Springsteen's 'wall of sound' with nothing but their voices and a manacle slapped against the leg? Great arrangement, Eli slammed it out of the park, Cesar was great and gets best makeup! Jose make a great captain! Layne's beatboxing was amazing and Geoff holding that F1 for the whole final refrain. Mindblown.

Wonderful! I was just on your reaction to My Mother Told Me suggesting this one, and you were already here! I think this may be their best ever - but I've said that before. Each new one startles/shocks me in different ways and wins the title. They are incredibly varied. Warriors is the only other "serious" performance I can think of, they usually bring a lot of lightness and humor. Either way, their arrangements are impeccable. Warriors brings in both Layne and J None on violin and it's absolutely stunning. Layne makes his violin sound like no violin I've ever heard. A purist can argue with the choice to use it, but I'm here for the music. I care more about the quality of the artistic choices than about adhering to a formal guideline.

An entire theater musical by Voiceplay would be fun. They have such incredible stage presence. Their recent videos have been fantastic. Can’t wait to see more. “If I Were a Rich Man/Girl” and “Butter” are fun arrangements.

Thank you for your amazing reaction. I couldn't take my eyes off of the expressions on your face. Your reactions were priceless. This is why Voice Play are known as The Theater Kids. I don't know if you are into any video games or not but Voice Play has come down with some new cover songs. One is The Dragonborn Comes Skyrim & the theme song Halo from the video game Halo. At the end of the Halo song Scott Porter gives a tribute to one of their fallen comrades. Scott Porter was one of the founding members of Voice Play who was their original beat boxer. When Scott Porter left the group to pursue his acting career Layne Stein Lane Stein another founding member took his place as the beat boxer. While some members of the group have left, one due to health reasons, one to join the Navy Voice Play has always managed to get new members & other featured singers to take their place. They work tremendously well with all new members & featured singers who blend in well with the group. That just goes to show you what great performers they are.
