One thing I've noticed is that the mach and rincon have basicly swapped places. It'll be interesting to see how you go after 50km to 60km. The old CMEVA on the hokas used to take a few km to come to life.

Enjoy reading your honest reviews. I had the rincon 2 but tbh although light and nimble was a tad disappointing. Nearing the end of my Saucony Triumph 20 650km / Takumi Sen 9 500km combo now for my training, ready to soon start on the Vomero 17 (your review was the decider) and Mach 6 (cheaper in the UK) for next marathon block. Take it easy 👍🏾😎

I like the Rincon 4. Yes, different than the 3 but maybe a little more mature of a shoe from the previous shoe but something about it I like the feel.

Funny when the Mach Supersonic came out with the profly+ midsole I really enjoyed it because it was “dead” and really planted which works well for me with some tib post issues. I thought the Rincon 3 was the perfect balance.

One thing I have noticed is the Australia gets the new colors first than the USA does. At least the previous Skyward X and Skyflow colors have followed that pattern

It sounds like the Adidas SL2 at a slightly cheaper price point might be a more attractive option? Adidas SL2 vs Asics Tri 16 vs Hoka Rincon 4. Which do you prefer?

@@run-are And thank you for your informativ videos! Thanks to you I bought the Tri Noosa 14 and 15, somehow underrated shoes, because they get connected mainly with the triathlon. The 15 is even more cushioned and rocky, super for intervall rides, I love them.
