The second the farmer(the man), plant his seed into the soil(Woman), either toxicity/curses Or Blessings will flow through the Umbilical Cord(Root). Your first job as a Man is to PROTECT YOUR SEED. @josegrullon024
@josegrullon024 3 жыл бұрын
Not it America. She dosnt have the right but she certainly can do it. As the judge said it he would have to petition a motion. To open the 👀 of the court. Then they will monitor her. Then they could repimend her for withholding. You might ask yourself so why the judge quickly demanded and ruled against him not paying childsupport. Courts keep 3% of every childsupport docket number "court fees". Is how judges,clerks,court officers get their salary from. Not from tax payers. They make no money from keeping parents viewing their children. Money comes from fathers paying that childsupport.🤷🏾‍♂️

@josegrullon024

@@Sassafrass95 easy one ericka i could put the minute time frame but I would have to rewatch entirely. He stated it and she confirmed with reasons along the line of 'he wasn't paying his child support". In regards to your claim of his paternity doubt. She did have a baby outside the marriage while legally still married to the guy. Do you walk on an Earth in which your husband wouldn't question the paternity of your children if you just so happen to get pregnant by someone else while still legally married to him??? If so let me know how much is a ticket to go to your Earth. I know a lot of ladies that would be interested.

Excuses aren’t cute. I will never condone a woman keeping the child away but I don’t have remorse for a man that have the same resources as woman. Thats what the judge was saying he has all this education and is doing nothing with his life and nothing for his son. I dont like when judge mathis gets in his feelings when a mother "keeps dad from child" simply because dad has options to see his child and instead of exploring those options he usually chooses to just not see his child and not pay child support. Judge Mathis can be pretty inconsistent, confusing and, demeaning when he feels “disrespected”. I feel like he is trying to make good tv sometimes and it can be annoying. The man was clearly not being disrespectful to him. He ATTEMPTED to apologize and correct himself, but Mathis wasn’t interested. And, while I don’t agree with mot paying child support, it pisses me off that people don’t call out women who use children as tools in a stupid assed game of “gotcha”… They keep kids away from fathers, make it painful to have a decent conversation. Want to dictate if you get to see your kid and have a girlfriend at the same time and, when these dudes finally have no more fight (because the courts don’t give AF about fathers) they train the kid to believe that their father is a deadbeat who simply didn’t care. And FOH talking about, “he should keep fighting no matter what!” Because we know that - the reality is that he shouldn’t HAVE to - address that!

Family Court keeps 3% of every childsupport docket number. Is how majority of staff salary are paid. Clerks, judges, court officers etc. A father not paying childsupport hurts the business of family Court. Including Judges themselves. Is why you see judgements like Micheal Jordan not getting full custody of his children upon divorce as a better fit parent. To the human eye its common sense, more successful, more driven more financially stable. But for them is better to rule in contrary, since they benefit 3% of his 208 million paid in childsupport.

@@puzzlepeace2647 yes indeed. Been on family Court now for almost 7 years. Had to hit them books to understand why I was treated like a slave while always approaching with a shirt and tie and with 0 balance due in my child support. You can be the best father in the world. They will dismiss all female behaviors issued in bad faith. Skip and jump straight to the income. Its all a business. Also the clerks know when you are getting fucked. The court officers know and ofcourse the judges know. If you are the dad, your are the enemy by default. This system is designed to fund itself. Ever wonder why courts throw out a negative dna test, anything after a kid being older than 2 years old. The government dosnt fund them. Family and child support operate under their own standards. They need ppl to fund the incentives of what family Court is. Judge Mathis acted as a judge trained to order against the father by default. Even dismissing the fact she had another child outside the marriage. Is a strategic blind eye to get that man to pay that 2800.

A woman can make it difficult for a man to see his child but she can’t stop him from seeing his child. Custody and child support are two different things and I don’t agree that a woman should try to stop a man from seeing his child because he’s not paying child support. I think men use the woman as the excuse for not doing what they need to do if they really want to see their child, we don’t have that much power.
@adrianprince7266

You could've fooled me because it sure seems like women have all the power today. A woman gets pregnant and instantly she has all the cards in her favor. Our only power is to not get you pregnant at all which is why men need have self accountability before dealing with anything or anyone else.
