Nice car...said somebody 16 years ago. The bangers are always great content, we get it. 👍 On a serious note if you are buying private (and most of us watching this are private buyers right?) never buy a car unseen. Don't be lazy, go and have a walk round. Check the fluids. If (like in this case) there is no oil, that is bad. It means the current owner is a bum, or all the oil has leaked out (both scenarios bad). No coolant? Bad. Bald tyres? You guessed it. Bad. If it passes the above tests, fine, THEN you can do an online check but not before. It's okay, don't thank me for my brilliant advice. 😉

I actually like the car, if I had the money and time, would have been a nice project car. Love your honest car reviews, would it be worth doing the work and videoing it and selling it or raffling it off? I mean it is something I have never thought of owning, but I love the looks of it.

Vehicle score doesn't suggest timing chain failure is "something to look out for" on an early n47 engine? 😅😅😅 dosent look too bad overall though, might of just been so long since a service that the oil has gone down but likely turbo or valve stem seals. Re coolant, check the egr cooler hasnt failed.
