I run a one man window cleaning business. It’s just me and it’s quite small. Most people wouldn’t expect me to have a 986 boxster sat on my driveway next to my work van. It’s just how expectations work, it’ not offensive. In fact, when people are taken back by what I drive I take it as a compliment (followed by the admission that they’re not as expensive as people think and I do as much of the maintenance on it as I can myself 😂)

my man look underneath it the rear chassis rail will be crushed along with rear beaver panel, r/h inner quarter, r/h rear taillamp panel.. & r/h outer quarter panel , boot floor would repair once you started pulling & squaring rear end, the car doesnt sound viable to repair..but just guessing im a scot in oz! love your show!

Are these issues happening if these bags are used daily? I just got the pochette metis in monogram canvas from the Kusama collection. I love the multicolored polka dots and hope they don’t melt on me, lol. But I don’t think it’ll be in my regular rotation. I also have a NoeNoe in DA but only use that a few times a year in the spring and summer so I haven’t put that much wear and tear into it. I hope I don’t see the fraying for a while. Also, I’m saving up for a kislux . Has your colleague seen the same issues with that size? I don’t mind some relaxation in shape but I don’t want it to be a puddle either. Thanks for the video!

Re that Disco with the battery fault, if it has been jump started with leads or a booster and they were connected to the battery the battery monitoring thingy (I can't remember it's name) on the negative terminal could well be damaged witch will give false voltage readings, they should be jumped by connecting to the battery positive and an earthing point.

It reminds me of a review I read a few months ago, for a pub I was thinking of trying. Generally decent reviews from most people, except one, who left a one star review. He hadn’t even been in the place, but decided it didn’t look very good from outside! Some people just like to cause trouble. Keep up the good work 👍

Hi Joe. I wouldn’t worry about it at all. If I’m honest I think you are going above and beyond with your customer service. You take back cars after they’ve been sold for months and in a shocking state. You show your business and how much money and attention you put into every car. You even show your profit margins and then you get complaints about that. You’re a bloody business and the whole idea is to make money. You will always get an idiot who thinks they’re always right. As they say, there’s no cure for stupid. Enjoy the videos and you seem like a great guy and someone you would love to share a few beers with.

My wife is a cleaner on minimum wage (as most tend to be). When she passes her test she won't be driving a BMW. I wouldn't take offence to your comment as it's right, it's not the sort of car someone in her position tends to drive. That said, she's got her eyes on a new shape Focus ST, but she doesn't have the income to run let alone buy one, so it'll have to remain her dream car.

I never give reviews. If I am happy, especially with a big purchase like a car, I tend to go back to that business first as a repeat customer. I find reviews are obviously subjective, but some people are quite vindictive.

The internet is awful for people abusing others from kids to adults.i only ever leave a review when it’s positive as I did for the great service I received from yourselves when I sold a surplus family car to you. I am old and I absolutely hate selling anything. It’s non stop hassle. I have my old berlingo up for sale absolutely immaculate and zero faults. 17 yrs old so a banger but well maintained and loads life left in it. Totally honest in the advert. 4 brand new tyres. Full history. Advertised at £1700. Many offers from the diversity sounding types for £400 or £500. Been hassle ever since phone non stop ringing. When I sold my car to you, I got a fair price, a smooth joined up service. The hassle for me totalled a form and photos, agreeing the price and meeting Josh. That was it. Pure heaven for an old codger like me that doesn’t want any hassle. To be fair my car was perfect and described as such. I felt so satisfied I left a review. You guys put the work in and make a profit. You also produce a fabulous channel.😅 additionally i was a subscriber for a long time and was totallyvwhy i tried cars bought for more as your probity and honesty is on display

Took a car back to a garage i had bought from,and they lent me a courtesy car.A no frills Chevrolet Matiz,a bit of a state to be honest.I ran a check on it,and found it hadn't been taxed.Don't know where i would have stood,had i been stopped by plod.Only a casual apology from the garage.I gave them an honest review,as the buying experience wasn't great either.Strangly they never replied,or wanted to discuss it.

I had a £12M business for 14 years, now sadly retired due to health, but my business was a multi award set up with 102 staff. We offered a passionate customer service offering but I remember a man who spent £14 pm trashed us absolutely slayed over a mistake that turned out be be his mistake. His review was at the top of our reviews viewing, I was gutted. I say all this to encourage you not to get too upset about them and focus on selling cars.
