Beautiful look. Did you use enough powder so that the concealer felt dry to the touch, or does that not matter? I'm just confused if "set' makeup should feel sticky/damp or fully silky/powdery.

I didn't really touch my under eyes to feel the dryness but I do powder enough so I don't see any dampness from the concealer if that makes sense.. Some days I use a sponge/puff while other days (like in this video), I use a brush.. In general (subject to the amount of powder used), under eyes should not feel sticky/damp..
