I order this lip mask since 1st Oct and until today I didn't get it your company does not respond to me on any contact way not on Twitter or Instagram or e-mail at least you can send an email to the customer who didn't receive an items this so disappointed!!!! Yeah that's KZbinrs feed on people support and love and once they reach the top and start their own business they ignore people. I am so disappointed and I ask my self why I even order that mask and waist my week allowance for it . I even open a PayPal dispute and you still don't respond clearly you don't care since your pocket is full of people money.
