Yummy, can almost smell it. You’re right about the flour measuring by weight rather than cup because humidity can affect the flour’s volume.

@KeyserTheRedBeard I have. I'm a terribly picky cook and always play around a lot in the kitchen. Finally decided to get some recipes on paper to share with family. Poppy seed bread is my next challenge. Trying to replicate my mother's has proven to be impossible so far. Thanks for watching!!
