The state of Florida, other than California, is the only state with three Sears stores remaining. We were able to visit the nice two-floor Palm Beach Gardens, Florida location at the Gardens Mall. Enjoy our holiday stroll through a Sears store as there are now less than 20 remaining!

So sad that Sears is gone...my entire childhood was Sears for back-to-school clothes. It was always so exciting to get that big Sears catalog (along with Montgomery Wards...also gone), and the "wish book" that was the Sears Christmas catalog.

I know right. Everything you needed from clothes, shoes and house 🏠 appliances could be bought at Sears My first bike, sewing machine , toys, girl scout uniform. I remember buying fabric for apparel wear, patterns. The candy 🍬 and nut department. Sears was my stop shop.

It's so sad. But Sears is almost gone. This place is not a very busy by the looks of it. I didn't shop at Sears much when it was at our Mall but that's because I already had tons of clothes it's still sad they're almost gone

The only good Sears left (I think) is the Three locations in the Plaza Las Americas Mall in Puerto Rico. Unlike the rest of the Kmart/Sears chain it still has vendors selling to them just like the Kmart in Guam.

Back in the day the stores would be so full of merchandise you would get stuck walking between the clothes racks. Amazing how things have changed in a short 20 years .... technology and inflation

Did you have problem filming there back when I filmed for my channel in appliance area some employee yelled out out stop filming I was next to escalators so went up and finished and shopped he did not find me lol

I worked at the Sears corporate office in Canada about 10 years ago. I can tell you the corporate buyers didn’t give a crap about what they purchased from the manufacturers. Morale was low, staff was always being cut, it was terrible.

Its seems pretty clean but they definitely don't seem to have as much merchandise as they used to...so they've downsized even with the stores that are open. Very sad

This looks like the corpse of the Sears I remember in the 70's,80's and 90's. The fixtures looks like the ones from when Sears moved to the mall in 84 in my hometown. The store looks well maintained but the shelves are very bare and sometimes there is many of the same thing on them.... I remember lots of employees in the past but I didn't see any in the video... The Sears of my childhood died along time ago and just hasn't quite finished dying. Its like a dementia patient who is slowly dying (but not as upsetting).

Home Depot and Lowes took a bigger bite than Walmart. TOOLS was a big thing for Sears.
