Criminals motivated casinos to buy cheap hotels and close them. Casino owners thought fewer criminals would come if they couldn't afford hotel rooms.

Years back, we used to make it a point to go up to whiskey Petes in Buffalo Bills and ride that big roller coaster and hang out of while up there we’d rent a car and just do it. It was so much fun. It seems all the good stuff leaving in Vegas in the surrounding areashardly any good places to eat anymore. They’ve taken all the buffets that were any good out. You wanna eat a buffet you gotta go to Caesars or the win and pay $100. What’s with that that shows you these casinos just have it too good on the strip while others like this casino deserve better.

Everything in there was closed. IHOP closed. Only thing was slaot machines. Nobody stayed in that hotel since pre-covid. (They did have people stay in the rooms when they had big concerts) There was Not enough people to run it. I worked there for 2 years. Most likely will stay closed unless someone buys them out. It will not open agian under Affinity. Everything is going downhill. Real bummer.
